1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and GRC Doctor LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as CMMC Doctor (“CMMC Doctor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Services”) — including joining our mailing list, completing a survey, or using our contact form — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if you provide company information, that you are authorized to do so on that company’s behalf.

Independence & Trademark Notice. CMMC Doctor is an independent compliance platform operated by GRC Doctor LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the Cyber Accreditation Body (“The Cyber AB”), or any government agency. CMMC® is a program of the U.S. Department of Defense, and “CMMC” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Use of CMMC Doctor does not satisfy CMMC certification requirements; only authorized Certified Third-Party Assessor Organizations (C3PAOs) can perform official CMMC assessments.

2. The Services

We provide our Services, and the features available within them, on an ongoing basis and may add, change, suspend, or remove features at our discretion. Some features may be offered, described, or previewed before they are generally available. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will be offered, will remain available, or will function without interruption.

Using our Services or joining our mailing list does not create any obligation for us to provide access, services, pricing, or specific features, and does not guarantee that you will be granted access to any feature.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you use our Services, and keep it accurate. Where our Services require an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account, and additional terms may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or impersonating information;
  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you are not authorized to share, including any classified information or controlled unclassified information (CUI);
  • Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our Services, their security, or their infrastructure;
  • Transmit malware or harmful code, or use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload our Services;
  • Use our Services to send spam or to collect others’ information without consent; or
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or remove access, and delete submissions, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

5. Your Submissions

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your submissions in order to operate and improve our Services, communicate with you, and conduct product research, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Services and their content, design, branding, and features are owned by CMMC Doctor or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “CMMC Doctor” and related logos are our marks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

7. No Professional or Compliance Advice

CMMC Doctor is not a law firm, accredited CMMC assessor, C3PAO, or government entity, and we do not provide legal, compliance, certification, or professional advice. Any information provided through our Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute, and must not be relied on as, official CMMC guidance or a determination of compliance. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals and authorized assessors.

8. Independence and No Government Affiliation

CMMC Doctor is operated by GRC Doctor LLC as an independent, privately owned compliance platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the Cyber Accreditation Body (“The Cyber AB”), the CMMC Accreditation Body, or any government agency, certification body, or accreditation authority.

CMMC® is a program of the U.S. Department of Defense. “CMMC” and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. We do not use DoD or Cyber AB logos, seals, or branding.

Our Services do not constitute, and using them does not satisfy, CMMC certification or any official compliance determination. Only authorized Certified Third-Party Assessor Organizations (C3PAOs) can perform official CMMC assessments and issue CMMC certifications. You remain solely responsible for obtaining any required certification through authorized channels.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services rely on third-party providers and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMMC DOCTOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMMC Doctor and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services or remove your information at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may ask us to remove your information at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–12 and 14–15) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date, and may notify you of material changes. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
